Positive: The room was beautiful, clean and absolutely spacious! The location most definitely spot on. Easy access to any where in the hotel and the location of the hotel is smack in the middle to any side of the island. You have food, shops, and beaches, all within walking distances.
Negative: The security guard. Very unprofessional, Shirt not tucked in, sunglasses on, even though its night, attitude to the max. All I asked was do I give the bottom portion of the parking pass to you. Snaps it out of my hand and walks away. I had to tell him that I needed the top portion to place in my vehicle. I get that his day may drag, but I work in the service industry. Looking, being professional and servicing with care, makes a difference in impressions.
