Your home-away-from-home spans over 5,000 square feet of custom living area, featuring exquisite bamboo hardwood and natural slate flooring, luxurious travertine bathrooms, granite countertops, and elegant teak furniture. A highlight is the enchanting lava-rock bath house, completely off-grid and nourished by a flowing waterfall. The residence features two separate sections connected by a breezeway, which provides added privacy between the master suite in the lower area and additional bedrooms above, making it perfect for families vacationing together or providing separation among guests.

In compliance with the recent County of Hawaii Proclamation, the Waipio Valley access road is currently closed to tourist vehicles. To adhere to this regulation, we provide shuttle services for our non-local guests until necessary roadway improvements are completed. Each listing rate includes one complimentary round-trip shuttle for up to four guests on check-in and check-out days. Additional trips can be arranged at a cost of $200 per round trip.
We encourage guests to plan their day trips ahead to ensure shuttle availability, as our capacity is limited to four guests at a time for each shuttle service.
During your stay, please observe our quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to respect neighboring residences. Noise levels should remain consistent with a peaceful residential area during non-quiet hours. Parking is designated onsite, and the property is strictly for short-term vacation rental use only.
