At Serene, Restored House from Sugar Days, you're assured privacy and peace, as we operate a small, dedicated rental business. Our care extends throughout the property, with only one other residence where our property managers reside, always ready to assist if needed. A caretaker also lives in a discreet trailer at the far end of the estate.

Conveniently located just four miles from the breathtaking Waipio Valley and a historic “sugar town” filled with amenities, you are perfectly positioned to explore both sides of the Island, with Kona and Hilo being about an hour's drive away. Please note: The base rate is set for two guests per night, with an additional charge of $15/night for each extra guest beyond two. For instance, if your group totals three, the fee would be $15 more per night; for four guests, an additional $30 nightly applies, and so forth.
