We require a 15% deposit upon booking, accompanied by a refundable security deposit. We also supply a starter kit of amenities and toiletries, including soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, and detergents. Please be aware that this property is situated within a tsunami evacuation zone, in accordance with local regulations.
