Positive: View, beach close by. Sleeping on the couch bed was comfortable, you can hear the waves. Kitchen everything worked, washer and dryer a plus. Would stay in upper 3rd floor again. Despite the age of the building. Well worth the price. View, surfing, closeness to the water was worth any downside.
Negative: Condo was noisy from above, ground floor people walking by eye lev with Lani,felt unsafe at night, adapted a stick for the sliding door. The homeless sleeping on beach next store were cool. Noise from bedroom windows excessive until after about 10. Out dated and worn bathroom.
