The home comes equipped with a built-in desk workstation and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the premises. Please note that this is NOT a party house—loud music and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited as per county ordinance rules. The peaceful ambiance is essential for maintaining our permit. Quiet hours extend from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Registered under Maui County B&B Permit #BBKM2019/0005, this property boasts 2,400 sq. ft. of living space with breathtaking ocean views and mesmerizing sunsets. Only 25 minutes away from the airport, you’ll find yourself located south of Kihei, making it just a short 6-minute drive from beautiful beaches.

Step into the inviting living room, which features sliding doors that lead directly to the pool and patio area. Here, you'll be able to savor stunning sunsets, BBQ meals, and the essence of island life in comfort. The area provides ample seating, dining options overlooking the ocean, and a new 55” smart TV where you can stream your favorite shows via Netflix with your own account.

For your convenience, parking is available for up to three vehicles in the driveway on the left side, but please refrain from parking in front of the garage.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and features both gas and electric 6-burner cooktops, a pot filler, and a state-of-the-art oven equipped with steam assist and convection options. Additional appliances include a microwave, toaster oven, and dishwasher. You’ll find complimentary coffee grinder, coffee maker, a wide selection of teas, and some snacks awaiting your arrival.

Unwind by the heated pool, generously sized at 14' x 25' with depths ranging from 3 to 5 feet, making it ideal for morning swims. The pool area is complete with safety fencing and a dining set for enjoying meals outdoors. A stainless steel gas Tru-Infrared grill is perfect for cooking up family favorites while everyone else relishes in the pool.

Your privacy is ensured with a security camera system monitoring the pool, front entrance by the fish pond, driveway, and laundry area.

The master suite opens directly onto the pool area and includes a king-size bed, smart TV, and a spacious walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom features dual sinks and an expansive walk-in shower equipped with two separate showerheads. Each of the additional bedrooms is comfortably appointed: Bedroom #2 includes two extra-long twin beds (which can convert into a king), while Bedrooms #3 and #4 are furnished with king-size beds.

Accommodating up to 13 guests, the home also offers sleeping solutions in the form of 5 rollaway beds and 2 single futons available upon request. Baby gear, including a highchair and Pack-n-Play, as well as pool life jackets, can be arranged with advance notice. While utilizing laundry facilities, we kindly ask guests to complete only full loads to conserve water.

Located on a tranquil residential street, the property provides a security system and ample parking space. You’ll find abundant extra linens, blankets, pillows, towels, and beach towels ready for your use.

Just a short drive away, you can explore world-class beaches and renowned golf resorts. Within the Wailea/Kihei area, enjoy quick access to an array of restaurants, grocery stores, shops, banks, and more.

This rental comfortably accommodates a maximum of 13 guests; infants do not need to be counted in bookings. Children of all ages are warmly welcomed!

Guests may access the heated pool at their own risk, and it's important to note that no diving is allowed. There is no lifeguard present, so supervision of children around the pool is essential. Ensure that awnings and umbrellas are closed after use to prevent them from being blown away.

Each bathroom is stocked with full-size shampoo, conditioner, soap bars, towels, hair towels, makeup mirrors, and blow dryers. Complimentary items such as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and soap bars will be provided, while laundry detergent must be purchased separately if needed.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, while check-out is scheduled at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs cannot be accommodated due to cleaning schedules; booking an extra night is recommended for added convenience. A fee applies for any late check-outs arranged in advance.
