• COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to travel due to a positive COVID test taken within 72 hours prior to departure or a government-mandated travel ban, cancellations will be processed as follows: Refunds will be issued if your reservation dates can be resold, while credits will be provided for future stays under specific conditions.
• Non-COVID Related Cancellations: For cancellations unrelated to COVID, we will make every effort to rent the villa during your designated contract period, ensuring a potential full refund if successfully rented at the stipulated rate.
• Travel Insurance: Options for travel insurance are available, which might offer additional peace of mind. We price our villas competitively, allowing guests the flexibility to choose insurance or not.
• Moving Dates: Should you need to change your reservation dates, requests made 90 days or more before arrival can usually be accommodated, subject to certain conditions.
