Summary: Broken shower in room. Broken bedside outlet/charge plug. Swing on patio useless. Poolside chairs need replacing. Some of the staff need attitude adjustments. All in all not a great experience for more than $1K per night. Am super disappointed and likely will not be staying there again:(
