Positive: The property is very accessible to bus stations, shops, beach. Also, the hosts are very accommodating and responsive. The room is spacious. We have everything we need in the kitchen. The fireworks, which take place every Friday, can also be perfectly seen from the building.
Negative: The aircon is not so cold and the bathtub drains very slow.
Summary: We had an awesome time during our stay.
