Enhance your stay by enjoying a barbecue at the oceanfront pool, and take advantage of the convenience of nearby dining, shopping, activities, and beach rentals at the Kahana Gateway Shopping Center. The premier golf courses of Kapalua and Kaanapali are also within easy reach, along with exceptional snorkeling spots right outside your door. We invite you to unwind, listen to the gentle sounds of the waves, and witness magical sunsets from this stylish retreat.

Upon arrival at the Royal Kahana Resort, you'll feel the aloha spirit as you step into the lobby, greeted by magnificent views of crashing waves through floor-to-ceiling windows. If you are traveling by car, parking is available for $18.00 per day plus tax, which can be arranged upon check-in at the front desk, where you'll receive a parking pass for your visit.

Elevate to your beautifully remodeled, air-conditioned ocean view studio featuring a king-size bed and a twin sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals conveniently, while a two-seater dining table doubles as a workspace if your vacation requires a bit of business attention. In the living area, enjoy modern amenities such as a 55-inch smart TV, Bluetooth clock radio, bedside charging stations, and a ceiling fan for your comfort.

The bathroom includes a lovely walk-in shower and vanity, alongside a washing machine and dryer for guest use. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors lead to your private lanai, showcasing breathtaking views of the ocean and the resort's oceanfront pool. Complimentary WIFI, Internet, and cable are provided, along with a basic starter set of kitchen soaps and bath essentials. Should you require additional supplies during your stay, they will need to be purchased independently. This studio accommodates up to 2 guests, with additional guests subject to the owner's discretion.

Important Notes: There has been shoreline erosion due to significant winter surf conditions experienced since 2015-2016. While large sandbags have been placed on the beaches of Kahana Bay to protect the shoreline, some seasonal fluctuations may affect the beach area in front of the resort.

A resort-wide spalling repair project is currently underway at the Royal Kahana until mid-2024, which may result in some noise during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4:30 PM). Please note that rates have already been adjusted to reflect any inconvenience from these repairs.
