Bedrooms:

• Master Suite 1: Featuring an ensuite bathroom and a luxurious King bed.
• Master Suite 2: Includes an ensuite, with a King bed and an additional Twin XL bed.
• Twin Room: Offers two Twin XL beds, with a full bathroom conveniently located nearby.
• Master Suite 3 (Upstairs): Comes with a King bed and ensuite; a sleeping loft is available if needed. Please note, access is via a spiral staircase, which provides a separate entrance.

Bathrooms:

The villa boasts three full ensuite bathrooms (two equipped with bathtubs), an additional full bathroom adjacent to the Twin Room, and an outdoor shower for your convenience.

Air Conditioning:

All four bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and AC units. The three main floor bedrooms have split AC systems, while the upstairs room features a window-mounted AC. Although the living and dining areas do not have air conditioning, the numerous louvered windows let in refreshing trade winds, keeping the home cool and breezy.

Living/Dining:

Experience bright and airy dining in a spacious area adorned with soaring ceilings and skylights. A large dining table accommodates up to ten guests, making it perfect for family gatherings. Relax in the open-plan living area, enjoy the covered lanai, or unwind on the expansive outdoor decks or within the lush private garden.

Kitchen:

The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for whipping up meals, whether casual or gourmet. It includes a cozy nook table, a full stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, instant pot, and a Vitamix blender for all your culinary needs.

Laundry Area:

A washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen under the covered lanai.

Beach Gear:

You will find an assortment of beach toys, snorkel gear, boogie boards, paddle boards, surfboards, a cooler, beach chairs, and a wagon available for your enjoyment.

Please remember, in accordance with Honolulu legislation, our home is available for rentals with a minimum stay of 30 days. Special pricing may be offered at different times of the year, so feel free to reach out. Additionally, per Hawaii State Law, we are required to collect and remit three taxes for short-term rentals: Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) of 10.25%, General Excise Tax (GET) of 4.5%, and Oahu Transient Accommodations Tax (OTAT) of 3%. These will be collected by Airbnb upon request.
