Positive: View from the top floor was amazing! Close to the beach and well stocked with beach supplies, bathroom and kitchen essentials, and nice welcome treats. Beds were extremely comfy! The half bath provided extra getting ready space while others were showering in the two full baths. Property management company communication made it easy to locate and get into the property. Would highly recommend for a larger group of adults looking for more space than your typical hotel rooms.
Negative: The two bedrooms on the lower level get warm. One only has fans while the other has a fan and A/C unit (which wasn’t working while we were there). They cool off in the evening enough to be comfortable sleeping for those who don’t need to sleep in super cold temps. The parking in the evenings was a mess. The community was laying new grass in parking spots and blocked 10+ spots multiple nights of our trip. There was no space in the overflow parking area so many evenings we experienced wacky parking and a fight for space with many others with large rental vehicles.
