Positive: Very clean, good AC, kitchenette. Assigned parking stall.

Negative: This isn’t the property’s fault, but the $70 cleaning fee for one night stay brings value down. Cost per night would be much more reasonable for longer stay. Kayak shows total cost, but Booking.com is misleading because it doesn’t include the fees.
