The Cliff House is has two detached structures each with its own full kitchens. The private saltwater pool is on the ocean-side with a large shaded patio. Perfect for large families, co-workers and/or friends to gather in one place but have separate, private living areas conveniently within walking distance to each other.
The single story house closer to the cliffs has one large master bedroom with a Cal-king and en-suite bathtub. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and is next to the guest bath. There are ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room and of course the outdoor lanai. The living room has a queen-size pull-out sofa.
The two-story structure has a king bed and private bathroom on each floor. The second floor has a full kitchen while the ground floor has a kitchenette. Both levels come with their own lanais.
The 40ft long saltwater pool is naturally heated and ranges from 5-6ft deep. There is a bbq grill at each house and plenty of parking along the driveway.

Summary: This property is perfect for a group of friends or family. We traveled as 7 with our adult children and everyone had their own private space (4 bedrooms/ bathrooms) to retreat to for some quiet time). The kitchen, dining and living spaces are great with the man house able to hold everyone for a meal. The house is clean, well furnished and well appointed.The pool and deck/patio spaces are lovely places to spend mornings and evenings. The ocean front yard is amazing. We spent a lot of time sitting on the lava cliffs and watching the waves- even saw a couple whales spouting! The host, Susan, and property manager Tatiana were very friendly, easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is excellent- quiet and peaceful, yet only 20-30 minutes to most places you need to get to. Easy drive to many beaches, parks and restaurants.
