Pricing: The standard rate accommodates 6 guests, with an additional fee of $75 per day for extra guests, allowing for a maximum of 12 guests. Infants under the age of 2 can stay free of charge.

House Rules: The following guidelines are crucial to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone:

• Non-Registered Guests: Any additional visitors not registered will incur extra charges. If you plan to host guests at the property, prior permission is required.
• No Events: Parties, weddings, or gatherings are strictly prohibited within the home.
• Quiet Hours: We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.
• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
• Pets: We regret to inform you that pets cannot be accommodated.

Please note that failure to adhere to these rules will result in a forfeiture of the entire deposit.
