Positive: The property is very beautiful. Very spacious and the kitchen is amazing. Grocery store very close. We notified mgmt of ants/roaches and they came quickly to spray and leave ant traps. Amazing view from the back deck!
Negative: Air conditioning is very, very important to us. The listing online indicated there was air conditioning. That was a big reason I booked it. Unfortunately the only air conditioning is a wall unit in one of the smaller bedrooms. This left the house much too hot for our comfort. Please note that the community pool is not within walking distance (it is a 4 minute drive from the house) - this is only an issue if you don’t have more than one car. We had ants and 3 or 4 roaches in the house.
Summary: Nice, pretty, large, but do not plan on an air conditioned house.
