Summary: This was a great property and our family of seven had a great stay. It's very well appointed, stocked, and nicely decorated. We got the sense that the owners really care about this property and likely spend more time at it than other properties that we've stayed at. Generally everything was in working order and there really wasn't anything we had trouble with. The kitchen has all kinds of cooking tools and serving ware, and there are a ton of games available in the living room.The management team were responsive and helpful for the minor questions we did have.One thing other guests may want to know is that this property is a little bit more "authentically Hawaiian" in design that most other luxury homes we've stayed in. That means the outdoors and indoors are not sharply separated - the dining room is on the outdoor deck area. The common areas of the home are ventilated by traditional louvered windows (AC in the bedrooms only). You probably will see a friendly gecko crawling around the ceilings. You'll hear birds in the morning and the wind if it's windy. If you don't like these kinds of things, this probably isn't the ideal property for you. This was advertised pretty clearly, and we have no complaints.
