House Rules:
- No smoking on the property; if necessary, kindly walk to the beach.
- Please rinse off sand and mud before entering the home using the hose provided in the side yard behind the outdoor bathroom. Avoid washing sand down any drains.
- Before utilizing the hot tub, shower with soap. Be sure to wipe your feet prior to entering. A cleaning fee will apply if the hot tub is left in poor condition. Hours of use are from 8 am to 8 pm.
- Dispose of all solids responsibly; please place tampons in the trash can provided, and discard used cooking oil safely.
- This accommodation is for one person only—no overnight guests permitted.
- Observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 6 am. If arriving late, please be respectful of noise levels as the neighborhood houses are close together.
- For safety, do not open the door to strangers or allow anyone onto the property whom you do not know.
- Secure all doors and gates properly; leave them fully open or completely closed to prevent slamming due to wind. You are liable for any damage caused.
