This recently renovated home is just 1.5 blocks from the pristine sands of Kailua Beach, making it a perfect spot for your tropical getaway. While staying in this vibrant area, you'll have access to fantastic local restaurants, lively bars, boutique shops, and one of the most breathtaking beaches in the world.
Your accommodation features a cozy full-size bed complete with a foam topper, a ceiling fan, and various tour books to help you explore the surroundings. Enjoy the refreshing trade winds as well as ceiling fans in each room. Expect a warm welcome from my dog upon arrival! Although this charming old house is continually being updated, you'll find a comfortable guest room ready for your stay. Plus, take advantage of a discounted rate while renovations are in progress! A brand new hot tub is available for your relaxation.
The bathroom is shared, and we provide beach towels, bath towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience. In the backyard, you can unwind with the hot tub, table, and chairs. Please note that guests are not permitted to use the laundry or kitchen facilities, but there are many excellent dining options nearby, along with laundromats (guide map available upon request). We kindly ask that you clean up after yourself to help keep our shared living space tidy.
House Rules:
- No cooking meals in the kitchen, but meal prep is allowed. You may use cups, dishes, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven only if you clean them afterward.
- No smoking on the property; walk to the beach if you must smoke.
- Please rinse off sand and mud before entering the house using the hose located in the side yard behind the outdoor bathroom.
- You must shower with soap before using the hot tub and wipe your feet beforehand. A cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit if the hot tub is left in poor condition. Hot tub hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.
- Dispose of any solids properly and do not wash sand down any house drains. Tampons belong in the bathroom trash, while used cooking oil should be placed in the freezer can.
- This accommodation is for one person only, and overnight guests are not permitted.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 6 am. Please keep noise levels down, especially if returning late, as the neighborhood consists of families and working-class residents.
- Do not answer the door to strangers or allow unknown individuals onto the property.
- Please ensure all doors and gates remain either fully open or completely closed to avoid damage from wind.
- Personal belongings such as bicycles, kayaks, and kitchen utensils are not for guest use.
- Drive slowly through the alley as children and pets may be present. Avoid drinking and driving, and limit alcohol consumption on the property.
By reserving your stay, you assume all risks related to injury and property damage while on the premises and agree to release the property owners from any liability. A 30-day notice is required for lease termination.
