As a corner/end unit, you will enjoy high vaulted ceilings that enhance the airy ambiance, making it an inviting space. Sip your morning coffee on the beautiful lanai, where you can take in views of the lush tropical canyon adorned with palm trees—one lovingly planted by my grandfather—and vibrant flowers while reveling in the melodic sounds of nature.

Your beach adventure awaits just moments away! The condo provides amenities such as beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler, so you're well-equipped to explore the nearby shores. Within a mere 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive, you'll find yourself on 3.5 miles of stunning beaches perfect for swimming and snorkeling, alongside fantastic shops and exquisite dining options.

During your stay, take advantage of the award-winning Grand Champions, which boasts two pools, relaxing Jacuzzis, and comfortable poolside barbeque areas. Additionally, tennis and golf facilities are conveniently situated next to the complex, ensuring endless entertainment during your vacation. Expect some noise and possible dust on the lanai, with potential access by workers. Summary: We really enjoyed staying here. The birds were very fun to watch from the lanai.Staying here was an experiment in economy, going without a full kitchen. I would say that this is a PERFECT unit for an additional room for a larger party of people who have a full housekeeping unit or for a couple who are just needing a place to sleep and shower. There are beach chairs and beach umbrella and boogie boards-so great!This unit has dishes and flatware but is not conducive for more than warming leftovers and enjoying that on the lanai. We grilled down at the pool but did not choose to eat there as it felt too close to the others there. Also, no glass is allowed in the pool area. So, the carrying of food and fetching items forgotten is a consideration. There is a blender and a burner and pan (all nearing the end of useful life)- but doing dishes in the bathroom becomes quite an adventure with larger items.This is an older community and this unit has not been recently updated. I hesitated on giving a 5 for cleanliness- everything WAS clean, just tired looking. So, if newclean, this is not the place for you. Guest parking is scattered throughout the community and you sometimes need to walk up or down a sloped drive to get to the space that was available to you. Also, there are steps everywhere to get to where you are going. So you need to be fully mobile.the Host was lovely and responded quickly to inquiries and was eager to make our stay pleasant. Thank you!
