As sunlight fills the space through sliding glass doors each morning, you will be tempted to leave the screens open to let in the refreshing tropical breeze. For those hotter days, rest assured, air conditioning is available for your comfort.
Your mornings can begin on the charming lanai overlooking a serene tropical canyon filled with palm trees—one lovingly planted by my grandfather—and vibrant flowers. It's the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while soaking in the harmonious sounds of nature. When you're ready for adventure, grab the provided beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and snorkeling gear for fun-filled days at the nearby beach.
The award-winning Grand Champions community offers exceptional amenities, including two pools, poolside barbeques, Jacuzzis, and easy access to tennis and golf. In just a short 10-minute stroll or a quick 2-minute drive, you can find yourself walking along 3.5 miles of stunning beaches, indulging in swimming, snorkeling, or exploring local shops and exquisite dining options. Additionally, nearby four and five-star hotels provide boat rentals and various services.
We invite you to embrace the peace and serenity offered by both Wailea and the Grand Champions. Please note that this unit shares a wall and a locked door with the adjacent unit, similar to hotel room suites. We own that unit as well and prioritize maintaining a respectful environment for all guests.
*Note: Our condo complex is scheduled for re-roofing in August 2024. Work will occur only during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM), which may generate some noise and dust on the lanai, and workers may need to access it. We are offering a discount for August stays, and guests booking during this time will be asked to acknowledge their awareness of the construction.*
