Important Notice: The Grand Champions community has scheduled roof replacements for each building, with an estimated completion date set for December 2024. Phase 2 of construction is planned from April 4th, 2024 to December 12th, 2024. Additionally, repairs to the pools are anticipated, with the South Pool closed from April 1st - 3rd, 2025, and the North Pool from April 4th - 8th, 2025.
