Summary: The place is nice and the location is beautiful. It was incredibly rainy when we were there and realize that impacted the staff but communication was not great. We are very understanding but we had voicemails and texts and app messages that weren’t even answered for several hours and sometimes overnight. If you could just say “received we have someone on it and will be in touch in a couple hours” that would have been helpful. Plus with having 3 ways to communicate I wasn’t always sure which method to use. Again, it was extreme weather and we understand that impacted things but I believe you can always acknowledge communication quickly even if the solution to the problem isn’t as quick. We would consider staying here again based on the quality, price and location of the property!
