Please be informed that a seven-night minimum stay is required during holiday periods. Christmas reservations must check out by 10 a.m. on December 27, and New Year's bookings may check in on December 27 or later for a week’s stay. For those looking to celebrate both holidays, a 14-night minimum reservation is necessary.

Keep in mind that this home is equipped with central air conditioning throughout, which should not be set below 70 degrees Fahrenheit. We encourage you to help us conserve energy by adjusting the temperature when you leave the property.

Additionally, from September 3rd, 2024, the Ohana Pool and Spa will undergo scheduled repairs, expected to conclude between October 14th and 20th, 2024. Construction hours will be Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm. During this time, the Lap Pool and Spa will remain accessible to all guests, although please note that pool toys or non-wearable floating devices will be restricted for comfort purposes. Understand that you may experience noise disruptions, and we kindly ask all guests to respect construction zones and workers. Proper barriers and dust control measures will be in place for your safety.
