Summary: This very nice home is in a fantastic location between the Mauna Lani and Fairmont Orchid resorts. The home has amazing ocean and sunset views, a beautiful lanai, a great screening room and Hawaiian-inspired interiors. The AC is by zone and has some quirks that some might find problematic, and the shower heads all need replacing. The overly complicated lighting controls may annoy some guests too. I would also note that there are 2 slick stairs from the lanai to the pool that require extra caution.
