Summary: We visit the island often and stay in Keauhou Estates often. First time for this house, it was very comfortable for our family to spread out and enjoy some Aloha. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Yes, we saw a few tiny ants, yes it was warm on the arrival night because it was closed up. However, the overall stay was great. Only down side is there is always someone doing work on the property or property nearby. Starts at 8 am on most days. Blowers and trimmers are a little too constant but, understandably out of the managers control.
