Summary: (2 reviews in 1) I can't say enough about how amazing this place was! If I could give it more stars I would! We were two families (4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 tweens), and the space was perfect for us. Very clean and spacious. Lots of towels for the beach and pool, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking, including a ton of spices. The beds and pillows were probably one of our favorite parts of the house as they were super comfortable and laying down at the end of the day was like heaven, especially in the AC'd bedrooms! The pool and outdoor area was perfect, equipped with a bbq and enough seating for all of us. The greenery in the yard makes it really private and like our own little oasis. It is literally across the street from Kailua Beach Park and an easy walk over to Lanikai Beach, which was amazing to see in person! Thank you so much Peter for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous beach house! We will definitely be repeat guests in the future! This place is a 11/10! We came with 2 families, 8 people total and were more than comfortable. The house is gorgeous and has everything you need, including things for the beach. My favourite part is the nice private backyard with pool and the pineapple chandelier!! We will definitely be back!
