Nestled on the top floor of the main building at Kauai Beach Resort, this suite ensures convenient access to the front desk, dining options, elevators, and parking. Plus, it boasts some of the most breathtaking views available throughout the entire property!
Upon entering, you'll be captivated by the stunning vistas of both the pool and ocean, visible from both the suite and the spacious lanai/balcony. With a generous size of 307 square feet and an additional 58 square feet of outdoor space, relaxation has never been easier. The suite features a king-sized bed, comfortably accommodating two adults, with a chaise lounge suitable for a child aged 5-10. A twin-sized air mattress is also available for an older child or a third adult, while families traveling with infants will find a complimentary Pack-n-Play crib provided.
This suite can host a maximum of three adults and one child or two adults and two children. Whether you’re planning a family getaway or a trip with friends, this beautiful accommodation awaits you. Please note that, in accordance with Kauai County regulations, the suite does not have cooking facilities. However, we do offer a coffee maker and a compact fridge (3.5 cubic feet) for your convenience, along with a cooler and ice packs.
If you need additional amenities, an ice machine and microwave are located down the hall in the guest lounge, and laundry facilities can be found on the first floor of Building 1. You will find comfortable and modern furnishings throughout the suite.
This prime location allows easy access to both the north and south shores of Kauai, making it perfect for exploring the island during your stay. Note that there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance outside the resort—renting a car is highly recommended for the best experience. Be sure to book your vehicle in advance for the best rates. Alternatively, Uber, Lyft, public buses, and taxis are available options, or you can arrange a last-minute rental car from the Front Desk (availability not guaranteed).

Guest Access
Check-in time begins at 4 PM at the Front Desk in the resort lobby, where you will register and obtain your room key. Check-out is at 10 AM.
Note: The Front Desk cannot provide extras for your room. Should you require anything, please contact us directly. Free WiFi is available throughout the resort, using your last name and room number as the password (e.g., Smith2508).
Cleaning Service
As you are staying in a privately owned condo, cleaning services are managed directly through us. Daily cleaning is not provided, but if your stay exceeds seven days, you will receive one complimentary mid-stay clean, which includes fresh sheets and replenished towels and toiletries. For additional cleaning services, please notify us before arrival so arrangements can be made.
We also supply beach towels and extra essentials (such as toilet paper and soap), conveniently stored in bins beneath the bed.
