A message from the owners: After spending over two decades visiting Maui, we were thrilled to discover and acquire this ideally placed condo within the beautiful Ekahi Village. Just a short distance from the pools, pavilion, and renowned beach, the property offers both privacy and tranquility, complemented by the gentle sounds of the ocean. We meticulously enlarged the bedroom, living areas, and lanais to create one of the largest 1-bedroom/2-bathroom units in the complex. The ground floor location was particularly attractive, allowing easy access without the hassle of stairs.
After falling in love with the location, we embarked on a comprehensive seven-month renovation, infusing the condo with contemporary style while ensuring it remains welcoming for extended stays with family and friends. We've recently opened our doors to discerning guests who seek comfort, peace, and seamless access to everything Wailea offers. Wailea Ekahi Village is a beautifully landscaped property nestled at the entrance of the resort community. Spanning over thirty-four acres, this low-density complex consists of 54 charming two-story buildings surrounded by lush tropical flora.
Fronting the property are Keawakapu Beach and nearby Mokapu Beach, both known for their romantic sunset strolls, excellent swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, and seasonal whale watching opportunities during the winter months.
This air-conditioned oasis offers a beachfront pavilion equipped with a large pool, BBQ facilities, a kitchen area, private showers, paddle tennis, and shuffleboard courts. Additionally, there are three swimming pool areas designed for quiet relaxation, a tennis court, and complimentary private parking.
