Get ready for an unforgettable beach getaway, featuring breathtaking ocean and mountain views! This newly renovated beach house offers updated kitchen appliances, new bedroom furniture and linens, and more. It includes two kitchens, two spacious living rooms, dining areas, 5 bedrooms, and 3 sleeper sofas, providing plenty of room for the entire family (comfortably sleeps 14)!

The property is set up as a duplex with a large shared front lanai. When you book this property, you'll have full access to the entire home. Enjoy two kitchens, two washer/dryer units, two living rooms with TVs and couches, and a large dining area with a spacious table.

The expansive oceanfront lanai is perfect for everyone to gather, with ample lounge chairs and tall tables. Please note that BBQ grilling is not permitted on the property or lanai.

One side of the duplex features three spacious bedrooms with king beds, a sofa bed in the living room, and two full bathrooms plus a half bath. The other side has two bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a full bed. The sofa in the smaller unit also converts into a bed.

Guest access:
Our large driveway makes it easy to park and pull in. The carport accommodates up to 4 cars with covered parking.

We provide a hose at the back of the house for rinsing off sand from your feet and beach gear. Additionally, a closet stocked with beach chairs, a cooler, sand toys, and boogie boards is available for your use.

Other things to note:
Please be mindful that we do not allow loud parties or large group events, as we're located in a peaceful, rural neighborhood.

For shopping, Target and Whole Foods are in Kailua town (about 30-40 minutes away). The nearest grocery stores are Tamura's (5 minutes away) and Foodland in Laie (20 minutes away). You’ll find two small local stores just a 5-minute walk in either direction. Be sure to check out Coffee Cave Hawai'i next to Ching’s general store, as well as Kaya’s and several food trucks.

The closest pharmacy is CVS Longs, just 5 minutes away.
