Recently remodeled in September 2021, this beautiful condo features two brand new bathrooms and offers a serene getaway just steps away from the Palmer Golf Course and a short 5-10 minute stroll to the ocean.

Your health and comfort are our utmost priorities. We maintain a pristine environment and have taken extra sanitization measures to ensure your peace of mind during your stay. This thoughtfully redesigned condo, crafted by Citron & Date—a cherished family business native to the North Shore—guarantees an exceptional experience with attention to detail and high-quality amenities.

The spacious unit spans 900 square feet, accommodating up to four guests comfortably. It features a main bedroom with a queen-size bed and a cozy loft bedroom with an additional queen-size bed. You will also find two full bathrooms—one equipped with a standing shower and the other with a bathtub shower. Enjoy the convenience of newly installed air conditioning units in both bedrooms, along with three flat-screen TVs (two with cable) and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.

Each bed has custom-dyed linens that complement the unique decor style of each bedroom, while oversized waffle bath towels designed by Citron & Date add a luxurious touch. Facing East, the condo enjoys delightful trade winds throughout the day, complemented by ceiling fans in every room. Step outside to your private outdoor lanai complete with a table and chairs, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or unwinding with a cocktail as you admire the tranquil golf course views.

Located at Kuilima Estates East, you're just moments away from all the local beaches and the famed Turtle Bay Resort. Embrace countless walking trails, secluded beaches, restaurants, and the renowned Palmer Golf course—all within easy reach. Your unit includes one designated parking stall for added convenience.

Fun awaits with access to two community pools, a BBQ area, and tennis courts. A quick two-minute drive or five-minute walk will lead you to the resort, where you can bask in spectacular sunsets at the lagoon or any of the nearby hidden beaches. Our condo features a keyless entry system, allowing for a seamless check-in process. As North Shore residents, we are always available to assist with questions or recommendations to enhance your stay.

The Kuilima neighborhood is known for its quiet charm and friendly atmosphere. We kindly ask you to respect the peaceful nature of the community: no additional guests, parties, or events are permitted, and quiet hours are observed between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

It’s advisable to secure a rental car prior to your arrival on the islands, as the journey from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) to the North Shore typically takes about an hour, depending on traffic. Alternative transportation options include public bus services, Uber, Lyft, and Taxis.
