You're just one house away from beach access, and it’s only a short drive to Pounders and Kokololio Beaches, both known for their exquisite white sand and fantastic body surfing opportunities.

Situated in a welcoming, family-friendly neighborhood, your new home is nestled away from the hustle of the main highway. The diverse community of Hau'ula offers all the conveniences needed for a smooth vacation while still allowing you to embrace the charm of country living. Enjoy uncrowded beaches and immerse yourself in the rich Aloha spirit. Across the street, you'll find a small grocery store, pharmacy, convenience store, fast food options, and a fantastic taco spot. Just a short 5-minute drive north gets you to a larger grocery store and shopping plaza featuring local eateries and more.

Don't miss out on Ken's Fresh Fish, a nearby fish market known for its prepared dishes and fresh catches. Adventure awaits at the Polynesian Cultural Center, where you can enjoy tours, luaus, shows, and great shopping, as well as two notable restaurants—Hukilau Cafe for breakfast and Pounders for lunch or dinner.

Within a quick drive to the north, a range of dining experiences awaits, from world-class cuisine at Roy's Beach House to diverse food options at Kahuku Mills, which features some of the best food trucks on the island, including what we believe to be the finest shave ice at Wili Wili's. For thrill-seekers, there’s excellent zip-lining, sea kayaking with turtles, and horseback riding at a working ranch between Hau'ula and Kahuku. Your accommodation consists of newly decorated spaces featuring 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 1 sofa bed along with 2 full bathrooms (each equipped with a shower and tub), a fully stocked kitchen, and a cozy dining and living area. Step outside onto the expansive 110-foot lanai enhanced with a new 50-foot trex deck, where you can relax and dine while enjoying the sounds of the ocean.

Bedroom 1 offers a king-size bed complete with a separate wet bar, walk-in closet, and en suite full bath. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and shares a hall bath with tub/shower with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3, adorned with beautiful barn doors, has two full-sized bunk beds rated to support up to 400 pounds each, a desk/chair, a TV, and comfortable seating for relaxation.

Guests have access to a private entrance, kitchen, dining/living area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the inviting oceanfront lanai. Please note that our property accommodates only one vehicle and is strictly reserved for registered guests. We kindly ask you to respect our neighbors and refrain from bringing additional visitors.

For added comfort, each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning that cools the entire home, and you'll appreciate the newly constructed private outdoor shower that invites you to stargaze while enveloped in nature.

Please keep in mind the importance of maintaining peace and quiet for the enjoyment of all, especially during night hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Our community thrives on mutual respect, and we appreciate guests who share the same values.
