Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great place overall, spacious, great view, comfortable place. Been to this resort before so I knew what to expect.
Negative: Shower diverter leaked during the 2nd shower & did not get fixed. Was inconvenient with a family of 5. I received nothing but a text about the issue also, though I took time out of my evening with the family to chase down building engineering & meet up with the plumber when he showed up. Also, coordinated access for the next morning. Would have been nice to get some sort of a “make good” for the inconvenience. Saw a few roaches, which isn’t unexpected. I was still surprised though, don’t remember seeing any on past trips to the same spot.
Summary: Probably will look somewhere else next time I stay on the west side.
