Positive: Good location, air conditioning, kitchen setup. Communication was excellent. Bathroom was clean and shower was fine. Nice patio.

Negative: Washer/Dryer unusable. Appeared to have discoloring (mold?) inside. Dryer poorly vented into dirty water bath which was also of poor design and unworkable.
