Your cozy one-bedroom condo features soaring cathedral ceilings that create a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioner, allowing for privacy when desired. A modern full kitchen boasts granite countertops, an electric range and oven, a large refrigerator, a new dishwasher, a microwave, and all essential cooking utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a dining area that links seamlessly to the living room, furnished with a sofa and love seat for your comfort.

Recent upgrades include new tile flooring throughout, elegant cabinets with granite tops, and a luxurious bathroom featuring a rainfall showerhead. New stainless steel appliances—including a refrigerator and range—have been installed, along with a washer and dryer for added convenience. The entertainment experience is enhanced with a brand-new 46-inch flat-screen TV and stylish TV cabinet. The lanai has also received a fresh retile for your enjoyment.

Surrounded by lush tropical foliage, our condo offers access to one of the two pools at Grand Champions, complete with a hot tub and gas grills for delightful outdoor cooking experiences. Enjoy meals on the spacious lanai while listening to the wind rustle through the bamboo, or relax on the front lanai to witness the breathtaking Maui sunsets along with a partial ocean view.

Summary: Really nice condo development in walking distance of several good restaurants and many Wailea hotels. Other reviews mentioned the comfortable bed, and it did not disappoint! The host was responsive to any concerns. My only complaint was that the only soap offered to wash our hair and body was inexpensive liquid hand soap. When I mentioned it, the host offered an unusually long response defending himself, but did offer to reimburse us if we wanted to buy some. It’s minor, but I like to feel spoiled when I’m on vacation. Otherwise, a great place.
