Summary: In my opinion, booking with the "host" did not do me any favors. Neither a lower rate or better room accomodations. In fact, when I had a little hiccup in my stay, I could not contact the host directly and had to go through VRBO. My advice is to skip the middle man and book directly with The Twin Fin Hotel. I believe it would be WAY cheaper and you can probably negotiate a better room. Rooms on the east side of the building have standing room only balconies.
