Positive: Nicely decorated and appointed condo with ocean view and easy access to trail leading down to the beach. It has a homey feel with lots of natural light. Very well outfitted kitchen. Extremely clean and well maintained. Washing machine, beach supplies, lots of towels. Had everything we needed. Location at end of road has very little traffic. Beach is beautiful.
Negative: Master bedroom mattress was a bit saggy and not very comfortable. Very loud roosters in the morning, but this is the case all over Kauai. Swimming on the beach can be dangerous in the winter due to rip tides, but this is also true all over North Kauai.
