Situated in the back portion of a beachfront home, this rental boasts a dedicated private entrance for your convenience. While the spacious accommodation may not provide ocean views, just steps away you'll find the serene shoreline and a large front lawn that invites you to unwind while taking in the breathtaking vistas of the bay. You'll appreciate the ease of parking right at the driveway adjacent to the rental unit.

Your retreat comes equipped with a comfortable bedroom featuring a king-size bed, along with two overhead ceiling fans to enhance ventilation and comfort. A connecting private bathroom includes a shower, complete with bath towels and beach towels for your use. The inviting sitting area is furnished with a cozy couch and lounge chair, creating an ideal space for relaxation. Four floor-to-ceiling louver windows allow for natural breezes, complemented by table fans for additional airflow—please note that there is no air conditioning available.

The amenities extend into a functional kitchenette, which includes a microwave, a large sink, a Keurig coffee maker stocked with four complimentary k-coffee cups, an electric hot water decanter, a refrigerator with freezer, a toaster, as well as various dishes and utensils. Please remember that guests are responsible for their own food and beverages, along with personal toiletries.

You’ll enjoy direct access to a private sidewalk leading to a front lawn sitting area where you can take in the spectacular panoramic view of Kailua Bay and the enchanting Mokulua Twin Islands. Just a short stroll from the yard’s corner takes you to the beach. For your convenience, lounge and beach chairs as well as boogie boards are provided, exclusively for use at the rental's beach premises. Rinsing off sand after a day at the beach is easy with outdoor hoses and faucets available, along with clothes lines right outside your door for drying swimsuits and towels.

For reservations, we require a minimum stay of 2 nights, with a maximum of 10 nights. During the Christmas and New Year holiday periods, we prioritize bookings of at least four days starting three weeks before December 25 and one week after December 31, filling shorter stays in between where possible.

Rates are based on occupancy for 1-2 adults, and all reservations will be confirmed on a first-come basis. Please note that we only accept tenants aged 21 and older; children and infants are not allowed. Additionally, all credit card fees of 3% will be covered by the traveler.

Cancellation policies are strict: cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior for a full refund, 30-60 days for a half refund, and no refunds are issued within 30 days of arrival.

• VISITORS MUST STAY ON THE BEACH ONLY

• RENTAL IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR TENANTS' USE
• FUTON COUCHES MUST REMAIN UPRIGHT
• LARGE EQUIPMENT (SURFBOARDS, BIKES, ETC.) MUST BE STORED OUTSIDE OR SECURELY IN GARAGE
• PLEASE RINSE SAND/DIRT OFF PRIOR TO ENTERING THE RENTAL

Note: We kindly ask that you leave the rental in the condition it was when you arrived, or an additional charge may be added to the cleaning fee for excessive hiking dirt and sandy floors. This property is a licensed rental unit.
