Positive: The prompt response of the host over issues encountered upon arrival. The ocean view, at an angle. The location of the resort.
Negative: The bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. The comforters were dingy & mattress covers/ dust covers stained, sheets unmatched. Not the level of accommodation one would expect.The bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. The location of room. The balcony is above the construction equipment & supplies, and resort operations area. We were not made aware, ahead of time, that remodel-construction is going on @ resort. You must walk a maze of floors to get to pool & restaurant.
