Previously a Hilton hotel, the units function similarly to hotel rooms but are privately owned “condotels.” Most guests are unaware of this distinction as most units are offered at higher retail prices, while some are available through VRBO at owner rates with full access to resort amenities.

What’s the difference between renting on VRBO vs. through the resort?
The primary differences lie in cost and maid service. Renting directly through VRBO offers substantial savings, although daily maid service is not included; the cleaning fee accounts for post-stay services.
