Aloha! Welcome to Hale Kai Ewa, your ideal retreat for sun, sand, and a gentle surf on the beautiful shores of Ewa Beach. Whatever month you wish to escape—summer, winter, spring, or fall—we can customize an agreement just for you that fits your needs and budget. Our rental prices are flexible and will be adjusted based on the number of guests and services provided. Please note that we only accept 12 contracts each year, with openings available starting July 2025.

The trade winds provide natural cooling throughout the house, but for added comfort, our bedrooms feature split AC units (the bonus room does not have AC). The lanai roof offers ample shade, perfect for outdoor dining experiences. If you need to attend a zoom meeting, picture having the mesmerizing Pacific Ocean as your backdrop. The adjacent sunny patio is perfect for sipping morning coffee or grilling delicious meals while basking in the sun.
