Guests will have full private access to the entire beachfront unit, including both bedrooms, bonus sleeping area, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining spaces, washer/dryer, BBQ grill, and fire pit area. Direct beach access—just steps from the back door—is perfect for fishing, sunbathing, or morning walks. The backyard is shared, and the on-site caretaker has a separate entrance in the front. Free on-site parking is provided for your convenience.

This is a true oceanfront home, so you’ll enjoy the sounds of waves and fresh sea breezes throughout your stay. You may see the occasional beachgoer or local fisherman passing by. The backyard is a shared space, and the caretaker lives on the property to help maintain the home and ensure a smooth experience. The ocean is directly behind the home and not gated—please keep a close eye on children and ensure their safety at all times.
We provide basic beach gear and home essentials for your comfort, including a starter supply kit with items such as coffee, shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent, and toilet paper. These are intended to get you settled in, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies once the initial set runs out.
Please note this is a non-smoking and pet-free property. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning beyond normal use.
