Summary: It wouldn't be fair to review the room as our room changed from the one we booked upon checking in due to house keeping being way behind. Needless to say the check in was annoying. Took us 3 attempts and a few hours of waiting to check in before they finally had a room ready. The property itself was well maintained with a couple of pools with lounging areas and games. Our unit backed onto the pool which was incredibly noisy, especially later into the evening and at night. There was no regard for noise levels or the quiet hour. Even staff members were found in the pool area having a smoke break resulting in smoke wafting into our unit. There's no AC so windows need to stay open for the breeze. Due to the noise and lack of respect from staff following the resorts own rules (smoking in designated areas only), I would not stay here again.
