Summary: Clean, well stocked, comfortable condo. Plenty of parking and easy access from parking lot to door. Location is close to beach, shopping and restaurants. This is a ground unit with a unit above. In our case we unfortunately had a noisy family above us with no concept of quiet hours. We also had grounds patrol leave notes on our door every morning telling us to keep our sliding doors and windows locked at night. Complying with this request would have made it uncomfortable to sleep. Overall great place and we would stay here again.
