The primary bedroom, situated upstairs, features an en suite bathroom, a California king bed fitted with an Intellibed mattress, and a private lanai. The upstairs children's room includes three twin beds along with a futon couch/bed. Another upstairs guest room shares a hallway bath with the children's room and contains a California king luxury Stearns & Foster mattress. The downstairs guest bedroom also has a California king luxury Stearns & Foster mattress and a cozy armchair.

Please note that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $400 applies for stays lasting 10 days or longer. This property does NOT offer air conditioning in the living and dining rooms; air conditioning split systems are only available in the bedrooms. The garage is not accessible, but parking is provided in the driveway only.

Please be informed that surveillance cameras are placed outside the home for security purposes. Kindly remember that pool heating is NOT included in the rental rate. If you wish to heat the pool, please contact us for further details regarding our heating policy. Not all pools in Kauai have the option to be heated; therefore, do not assume that they are automatically heated for guests. Requests for pool heating incur an additional daily charge and must be arranged two weeks prior to your arrival.

Additionally, be aware that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10+ nights. For stays exceeding 21 nights, two mid-stay cleanings will be necessary.
