Summary: Overall, this is a great property. Would definitely come back with a smaller group - 9 felt like too many for the house.There are a few things that should definitely be updated soon in the home. The refrigerator/freezer and microwave both work- but not great…hard for a larger party. We needed to buy multiple bags of ice every day to keep up with our group of 9 staying there. We had a small rodent issue while we were there - they said from previous guests leaving the doors open. Our food was nibbled on each night but when we told them, they came right away and set traps in the kitchen. Property manager was super responsive - great customer service. The location of the property is the best in this complex, so close to the pool/gym. The house is well equipped with items for the beach. The private beach club was great…we went at least 4 times. The Hilton passes were fun to use one day. House and complex felt very safe and clean.
