Your studio offers breathtaking views over our sprawling 12 acres of lush parkland, adorned with a rich tapestry of ornamental trees, vibrant tropical plants, seasonal fruit-bearing trees, and colorful flowers. Constructed with robust brick and painted stucco, the studio features elegant tile flooring and high-beam ceilings, ensuring a relaxing environment for your getaway.
The property boasts an enchanting setting, bordered by a 50-acre forest along the ocean side and a lush gulch to the east, complete with a seasonal water stream flowing down from Haleakala’s rain forest, ultimately reaching the famous surf destination of Jaws. In addition, another peaceful 50-acre property lies adjacent to yours, providing additional tranquility.
