The lower level is reserved for management use; however, when guests are present, it remains a tranquil zone. Many visitors find the inviting and cool interior so comfortable that they choose to relax at home rather than exploring the island.

As you step out onto the deck, you'll be amazed by the ocean views visible from every corner of the house. The surrounding Haiku-Pauwela neighborhood is ideal for leisurely strolls at any time of day or night, allowing you to fully embrace the natural beauty of your surroundings.

This property features an open-air bi-fold door-wall system, wrap-around decks, and skylights that enhance its airy feel. Set on a private two-acre banana farm, you’ll also enjoy the company of cheerful birds and a friendly cat named Bamboo. Your stay includes all essentials such as dishes, utensils, sanitized towels, and bedding. A washer and dryer are available upon request.

Stay connected with high-speed wireless internet, cable television, and a stereo player. You can even make free long-distance calls to anywhere in the U.S. or Canada using the land-line telephone. Located just a 12-minute drive from Ho'okipa Beach, 18 minutes to charming Makawao Town, and only 10 minutes to convenience markets, this location offers both seclusion and accessibility. Utilities are included, and the property is non-smoking. Additional cleaning services can be requested if needed.

The Mountain to Ocean Views Pole House @ Maui Adventure Villa has a three-day minimum stay requirement, and if your party exceeds three guests, an additional fee of $30 per night will apply for each extra person.

When arriving, simply follow Kaokoa Way, continue for 25 meters on Aliikoa Place, then turn left and drive across the field to reach your guest house!

Your host is typically available on short notice to address questions, fulfill special requests, and assist with maintenance or cleaning needs. Should you seek off-the-beaten-path adventures, various excursions can be arranged with the host based on availability.
