Positive: The location was a big distance from many attractions, or a great beach. The beach near this property was full of homeless people with many tents and trash on the beach.
Negative: It would of been nice if we were advised that the beach near the property was not somewhere you could enjoy for the day due to homeless camping on the entire beach
Summary: Nice home and needs improvement with necessities within the home(cookware, dishes)
