To secure your stay at the Wailea Orchid Villa, a deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations made at least 60 days in advance will receive a full refund; however, cancellations less than 60 days before arrival will not qualify for a refund. Check-in begins at 4 PM, and checkout is at 11 AM. Starting January 1, 2024, a 17.962% state tax and a $495 departure cleaning fee will apply. A minimum stay of three nights is required.
